Warranty Terms

Iternet guarantees its customers the products for 12 months from the purchase of the product. In case of failure during the warranty period, iternet or an authorized service center will provide, upon its return authorization, to eliminate any lack of conformity by repair of its products. If deemed necessary, at its discretion, Iternet European Distribution will replace the product. The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from wear and tear, improper installation, accident, misuse or abuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, disassembly, repair, or unauthorized modification. The particular removable (knobs, lamps, any accessories and consumables) are not covered by warranty.
